I dont even know where to start, and apologize if I forget names or say wrong names. I cannot recommend totally hooked plumbing enough. We unfortunately had to finally bite the bullet and replace our septic tank and drain field. From the first phone call to the office and the young lady that was soooo sweet to me and answer all my questions to the best of her ability. To bill and another young lady coming out and explaining our options and solutions. To the actual project being done and completed by Bill,Randy and Bobby and to the owner who dropped something off and thanked me for my business. They answered ALL my questions and concerns and gave me piece of mind with all there decisions and work. I will reach out to them for all future plumbing needs and I will recommend them till im blue in the face. Also remember it doesn't hurt to ask and In Bill we trust.
Had an amazing experience with totally hooked. Called for an Emergency Sink Leak and who was there for me before Christmas? Totally Hooked. Collin came out and was very clean and informative. Definitely will be using this company from now on. Thank You Collin G.
The service technician arrived promptly - which I was especially grateful for! I explained my situation, showed him (Colin G) my concerns. He made a quick evaluation of what I needed. He provided three options to resolve my washer drain issues. Colin was very polite, professional and friendly despite my many questions. The upfront charge for the service's rendered was a great value to me. I certainly would recommend Colin and TOTALLY HOOKED PLUMBING to all of my friends and neighbors. Again, the PROMT arrival was very refreshing. Lastly, the young lady answering the phone was very very pleasant and helpful. I absolutely appreciate that 100%!
We had a plumbing emergency during the holiday weekend and were having a hard time getting in touch with our property management company. We called Totally Hooked Plumbing and spoke with Jayden. She offered to help by calling our property management company service department and when she couldn’t get in touch with them she called a realtor with that company just to be able to get approval to send a technician. She went above and beyond to get us help. Then once she was able to get approval for us, Jarrett came out to unclog the toilet. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He got the clog cleared up and took extra time to ensure everything was in working order. I am very impressed with the service we received and will definitely always called Totally Hooked for any future plumbing issues.
jared came out and we talked w seaweed w5about my problem and turned out sean was able to come out same day to install my new pressure tank on my well very courtious and i felt very informed when jared left. will definitely be back. ps first pic was from before second one is after sean got done
