I was just over the boarder and stopped by the store. I can't say enough great things about it. The customer service was great, the selection was even better. Prices were on par or better than most other retro retailers. I'm looking forward to going back again soon. Down from Canada. I even found this gem in the American Gladiators case....it was someone's password from back in the day. Makes it that much more special.
Stopped in for some old N64 games and was blown away with how much stuff this place has. It's loaded with everything you could want and the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for something, you'll find it here. There's even an arcade and game room in the back for parties.
This has to be one of the best places to buy video games. I was going birthday shopping and let me tell you, I didn't know WHAT I was looking for. But the owner knew almost immediately!!! He gave me the run down of the different systems but he told me the exact one i needed. He is so kind and genuine he also talked me through the prices because I'm not exactly privy to older gaming consuls. Then he goes ABOVE and BEYOND and gave us over the phone instructions AND offered to come over and switch out the consul and help with set up. (We didn't need it because we quickly figured out the TV settings and it needed to warm up a bit). Aside from the wide array of video games and legit gaming consuls, the customer service is impeccable. Not once did I feel like I was a burden for asking. He is too kind and helpful. The gift was a hit and we for sure found the new spot for our gaming needs. I can not stress enough how above and beyond the owner went for us, he is too kind!!!!!! 10/10
Huge selection of current and retro games and consoles, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of old toys and collectibles plus a huge arcade in the back. I will be coming back for more games in the future.
Owner greeted me and my friends when we came in, was super helpful the entire way through. When we asked about prices on certain items, he was really nice about it, and didn’t make it feel like he was just trying to get us to buy something and rush us out the door, really cool dude! I was honestly beyond impressed. I’ve been hoping for a place like this to open for quite a while, and I will absolutely be coming back. The selection is absolutely unreal, and I was pleasantly surprised at the prices. Sometimes when businesses like this open up, they tend to have pretty bad pricing, but this place wasn’t bad at all! Got a pretty much perfect condition in-box copy of Mario 3d All Stars for 95 bucks! This store is for sure gonna be an icon for anyone interested in retro gaming, or honestly gaming in general since their selection includes a ton of modern stuff as well, for anyone in the falls. Super excited to see this stuff happen!
