Really grateful for the access to learning an ancient technology that has all ready, in a short amount of time enhanced many parts of my life. TM teacher was engaging and compassionate. Learning the meditation practice has been enjoyable, effective and profound. Would highly recommend!
I was looking to be more patient when conflicts arose with my kids and had a friend that said this TM course in Toronto helped him to not be as quick to react. Although it's early times, since learning TM, I am more patient with my kids. Before the TM course, I NEVER took time to be still; now, I love my morning and evening stillness. I appreciate that I can let thoughts come and go without trying to make everything still in my mind...this effortless meditation has been a gamechanger, and I have become more still in mind as a result. Igor was knowledgeable, calm and supportive which provided me the opportunity to feel like I could be successful and not overthink it. TM has been the best gift that I have given myself. It’s a gift that keeps on giving. Through times of more or less stress it has helped me maintain more alertness, calmness, clarity of thought, flexibility of response, better intuitiveness and helped me make more optimal decisions. I have really cherished my experience with TM and feel that I can think more clearly, have greater and more focused energy and sleep better. I was trained by David Shaw in May 2023 and have felt noticeable benefits since (even though I've been practicing different modalities of meditation for years). I also attend their 20 minute group meditation sessions on Tuesday evenings and have found them to be great - they enhance my meditation practice and they provide me with a sense of community. I am honestly pretty impressed with my takeaways - it's only 20 minutes twice a day and I come away feeling lighter and better for them.
