Even though Deona isn’t my personal trainer, her presence alone brings an incredible energy to the gym. From the moment she joined TYB, she’s been a positive light — uplifting everyone around her with her enthusiasm, encouragement, and genuine passion for fitness. Nate has been an incredible trainer. He goes above and beyond for his clients- I’m lucky enough to be one of them. He’s very motivating and extremely knowledgeable. Every session is tailored to my goals. I’ve been with Nate for a couple of months now and there has already been such a huge improvement both physically and mentally. At 40 years old, I found myself sitting in a doctor’s office being told that unless I changed my lifestyle, I’d be spending a lot of time at the doctors. The problem was, I didn’t know what to do, or which advice online I could actually trust. It was overwhelming. That’s when I started searching for a personal training program that could actually work for my life: full-time job, single mom, and in desperate need of accountability. I’m so grateful I found Transform Your Body. From my very first assessment with Nate, I felt empowered and supported, never judged. What sets TYB apart is that it never feels transactional; you can tell the real reward for them is watching you grow. The program is designed around in-person semi-private or private sessions, which gave me the perfect balance of accountability, coaching, and community. After my assessment Nate paired me with Michael, who has been truly transformative in my life. Week after week, Michael built workouts that were fun, challenging, and tailored to my fitness level so I could keep growing. What impressed me most is how much thought goes into making the program sustainable. Michael even showed me how to keep moving outside the gym with simple, creative workouts I could do at home with the little equipment I have. I’ll never forget him saying, “All you need is enough space to turn around in, and I can build you a workout”, and he proved it. It wasn’t just the exercises though, we worked on form, mindset, positive self-talk, nutrition strategies, and how to handle real-life situations like eating out or weekend “slip-ups.” This isn’t just a personal training program. It’s a community of people passionate about helping you discover the best version of yourself with real, evidence-based education to back it up. If you’re just starting your fitness journey the way I was, preparing for an event or competition, or just need someone to push you and add creativity to your already great workouts, I whole heartedly recommend Transform Your Body.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ Transform Your Body has been a game changer! Coach Nate & Ariel are the best — they truly care and create a great atmosphere. They work with my schedule, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. The full body scans are a huge plus, and for the first time, I actually enjoy going to the gym!
I have nothing but great things to say about Transform Your Body and their staff! I love the intimate feel of the gym and the family-like atmosphere. From the moment I started over the summer with my husband, Trenton and Emma have pushed us in the most loving…and challenging ways lol their workouts will surely make you sweat!! But, I have grown to love working out, lifting weights and being mindful of my nutrition! Their guidance has made a difference. My goal was to only train for 3 months, and now I can’t see myself stopping! Thank you 🤍🙏🏾
