Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me choose my first bike and was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend going to him for any help you need!
On my recent visit to Trek Westchase, I was impressed with the products to choose from, but what made me purchase was the exceptional customer service! Their product knowledge both in bicycles and accessories was complete and I walked out fully outfitted and confident with my purchase. I've already recommended this store to others!
Everything. The manager Matt Greenwald really runs a courteous, professional, efficient, informative, and at the same time friendly business. I am quite certain that Matt sets the tone for all staff to listen well to assess customer needs, and then find the best fit. The service and sales are extra-ordinary. I highly recommend this particular Trek Bike Shop.
I am so pleased with the level of customer service I received at Trek Westchase. I came in right before closing for a simple sealant-clogged valve replacement, and Brian discovered that my front brake was completely inoperable. He took the time to troubleshoot and fix my brake so that I could get onto my ride that evening. Had I not come in, I wouldn’t have discovered that until too late and not been able to ride. Brian really did a thorough job checking above and beyond what I asked him to and I am so appreciative. Thank you Trek Westchase!
Both guys (one with long hair and the other with glasses - sorry I forgot their names!) were super attentive and helpful. I originally went in just to replace an inner bike tube, but they suggested I get a repair kit instead. On top of that, they kindly included a free tube and installed it for me (with a small service fee, of course). I’ll definitely be back to this location when I need anything bike-related. They were awesome!
