We are so fortunate to have worked with True Flavors for a recent fundraising event. The team was communicative, on time, and professional. They made the entire process easy, start to finish. The food they provided was spectacular! Our guests raved about it (as did our staff). We highly recommend True Flavors and hope to work again with them in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with True Flavors for our Vision event this past week and we could not be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The food was phenomenal and guests were raving as they left. The champagne chicken was a huge hit and truly so good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, adding such a special touch to the event. Beyond the food, the team truly stood out. Every staff member was kind, professional, and attentive, making sure service ran smoothly and our guests felt cared for. A special shout out to Francisco, who was amazing to work with. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made the planning process so easy and we were so impressed by his care and dedication. True Flavors not only delivered incredible catering but also brought a level of service and hospitality that elevated the entire event. We are so grateful for their partnership and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for an exceptional catering team.
We enthusiastically recommend True Flavors! They catered our wedding on 10/15/22 and still to this day, friends and family will randomly bring up how amazing our food was, which says something. We knew we were going to pick them at our tasting not only due to the food, but because of their knowledge of the ins-and-outs of our wedding venue and overall graciousness. Rebecca was our main contact and was professional, communicative, and friendly. The day of, things ran smoothly and the food was ready and served timely. My husband and I cleaned our plates and so did most everyone we saw. We had around 135 guests and did a cocktail hour followed by dinner. In addition to the catered meal (bread, salad, entrée, and sides), we got a bar package that included margaritas and bartending staff to serve the beer and wine we provided. We couldn't pick between the two entrees we tried, so we ended up doing a duet entrée of the Shiner Bock braised short ribs and herb grilled shrimp. Rebecca and her team were accommodating on dietary restrictions/allergies. True Flavors is smart about their menus (most of their sides are already vegetarian or vegan-friendly) so that that made things easier. Not only was the food delicious, True Flavors went out of their way to be helpful and provide top-notch customer service. We weren't able to fit professionally catered appetizers or desserts into our budget (we got these from Costco) and off the bat they graciously offered to set these out for us on nice platters. They definitely didn't have to do that, but it made such a big difference for us and was one of the reasons we picked them. Overall, they were super helpful and even let me visit the warehouse to look at and pick out platters, coffee urns, linens, etc. for the wedding. We attended an extravagant wedding out of state not long after that cost at least 5x ours and everyone who attended both said our food was far better. I am such a big fan of True Flavors after they catered my wedding that I got my office to use them for our holiday party, which also went very well. Highly recommend! Thank you, True Flavors!
True Flavors est une équipe professionnelle. Ils se sont occupés de moi pour ma 20e réunion de lycée et tout le monde s'est éclaté. La nourriture était excellente - nous avions le menu « Taste of Mexico » avec des chefs à table servant des mini tacos al pastor et bistek. De plus, je recommande vivement Casa Hernan comme lieu si c'est disponible. Denise était merveilleuse et sur place, Chris et Lily étaient au top de leur jeu ! Je recommanderais absolument True Flavors à quiconque cherche à organiser un événement élégant.
