Professional, friendly, educational, yet still my personal get away from my realities in order to bring about a new perspective after each class. I haven’t found something I can learn and continue to learn from every instructor including some of the advanced students.
A group of ladies came in and did a yoga class. We are new to hot yoga. We attended to warm yoga class and it did not disappoint. It was warm in the room and the instructor was super helpful. We highly recommend this place.
Amazing place and yogis! Super welcoming and such a healing place! Keeping the room bickram worthy is a true priority! Room was perfect for sweating and postures! Teachers were amazing and kind! Love YogaSol so much! The best hot yoga studio in Tucson! If you are a hot yogi, you going to love the studio, cleanliness, the positive vibe, good and caring energy. All instructors are fantastic! The Bikram Beats with Becca and Dustin are my favorites! Consistency is the key here, you will see the transformation pretty quickly, the lubrication of your joints, cellular detox, oxygenation of your organs and tissues, anti-aging effect, so many great benefits! Love this studio so much. Their instructors are exceptionally professional and talented , the studios are clean, inviting, & serene. The students are all very welcoming to each other & new comers. Their website is well designed with user friendly features to sign up for the program. 5 stars in every category.
