We come to the Halloween event here for adults every year and I have to say Im not big on going out and being around people, but this place always makes me have a good time with all the activities and I will be coming back 👍🏼
Visited for the first time on Saturday in the morning, with my three children. It was a blast! The activities were super fun and held my children's attention. The place itself seemed a bit old-school to me, but the kids enjoyed playing there. The outside area also was very fun, especially the go-karts. The kids were a little disapointed as we couldn't believe that one of the activities had been closed. Nonetheless, there was still a lot to engage in. Even though the majority of the employees were young people, they were surprisingly friendly and helpful. Two employees at the arcade, one kid with curly hair and a girl who seemed to be a supervisor, were both very helpful and sweet. The cashiers were not the most helpful, but were very nice. As for the food, it was fine. A little bit spotty at times and certainly pricey. But not a deal-breaker. It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly come back again.
So here’s the Tea! Still a great, fun and affordable place to come with the kids but! This is our fourth year coming, there is a police officer who has been assigned to work here, keeping kids and adults safe. The staff this year seemed tired, not on the same page and honestly didn’t give good vibes. But the thing! Is the other staff seem to be picking up all the slack from the ones who did not care about providing great customer service. I would have given five stars but as I mentioned, the staff. Literally trying to get help, people catching attitude based on just not wanting to do their job. So….clean place, bathrooms are clean, food is still delicious, drinks are yummy! The only thing that makes me sad is literally all the staff, and I mean ALL the staff used to be friendly, working together as a team and overall just a wonderful experience. I guess it’s a reflection of the times we are living. Edit: Update, spoke with the family and they agreed it is important to mention it was mainly the floor management who was dismissing of their job. Please don’t get me wrong, it’s okay to be tired especially at a high level, high energy job. But it’s not okay to ignore your job duties all together. Still a wonderful place to come spend the day with your family and friends! We love and appreciate everyone here & I hope that things continue to improve.
The perfect place to celebrate after winning your soccer game! We love Family Fun Center, there is something for every age here. We’ve had so many birthdays and fun outing here. The staff are amazing, especially Stephanie Mullins, and they support local youth programs! You can’t find a better place to spend the day with your family.
We drove all of the way from Marysville to come here and it did not disappoint. I was looking for somewhere new to take my nephew to because he has been to almost everything around the Marysville area. He LOVED it. He was so tired. He fell asleep in the car on your way home. They have areas for adult adults and for children .
