The best experience we have ever had with a removalist company. Aedson & Mateus (from Marcel's team) were incredibly polite, helpful and patient. We were impressed with their attention to detail, care when moving our boxes and willingness to accommodate our requests. Gus & Raff made my moving experience simple, bringing a relaxed attitude paired with competence and aptitude for their work. Any doubt I had about that the toughest part of moving, the physical aspect, was removed within the first five minutes of meeting Gus & Raff. I knew my belongings would be taken care of safely and professionally. Beyond that, they're genuinely kind and really put effort into showing that your valuables are in safe hands. Would always recommend these two, I don't hope to move anytime soon but if I do I know who to get in touch with. Thanks fellas, se cuida.
Recently used Two Men and a Truck to do a big move from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast (from an 3 bdm home to a Level 2, 3bdm apartment) I cannot recommend them highly enough! The whole process from the booking to moving day was handled with care, efficiency and professionalism. The four guys Michael, Davi, Guilherme & Junior on moving day were great - they were friendly, respectful and worked so hard in the heat. Nothing was too was trouble!! They actually made a very stressful day into a fun and memorable day! Thank you
A dent on our stairs was found in the process of moving 2M bed frames down to the GF. The team said they didn't do it, but they gave me $50 which I refused to take and they just threw it on my table. I emailed the dent photo to their boss. No reply. Complained again. The aftercare team requested the "Before" photos. We are seniors and haven't used removalists for 31 years. We didn't know we should have taken the "Before" photos. Though we asked them to verify the condition of the stairs with a recent regular visitor to our house. They chose to believe their team and replied that "As mentioned, the team did not acknowledge causing the dent. When our teams move pieces of the furniture, they lift these items opposed to dragging along the flooring." Case closed. We didn't accuse the team dragged along the floor. When they moved 2 pcs of 2 M frames and 2 pcs of 2 M thin boards at the bend of the stairs, there're very limited space for them to manoeuvre and lift. That's why the stairs was hit with a dent. What they should have done is when a client booked their service, they should give their clients explicit words of warning "Make sure you take plenty of photos along the moving route in advance. If there is any dispute regarding the damage done by our teams. We will resolve the case based on your "BEFORE" photos." Didn't they know people can "photoshop" to create a perfect "Before" photo. 2 MEN & 1 TRUCK, never again. You certainly made a very bad impression.
Thank you so much Lucas and Eduardo and the 3 boys that helped me move from Sunshine Coast to Wollongong. They all made my move effortless and ensured everything was packed to perfection. They were all polite and kept checking in with me. I appreciated the care they took. They arrived on time. I recommend two men and a truck without hesitation. I would absolutely book them again. ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️
