Did a claim with Asurion my iPhone 15 was cracked on the front and the back when I came back to pick it up. It was looking completely like new. This place is professional, quiet and clean and the staff is very helpful. I spoke to Richard on the phone who was very pleasant and informational. I saw Ian when I came in the store who was very patient and knowledgeable and when I picked up my phone, I saw Kevin who was very friendly and generous. Thank you all
Very professional and reliable service. I broke my phone in December and they fixed it in under two hours. I did have to pay out of pocket since I didn’t have insurance, but it was worth it because they use parts from the actual manufacturer, not cheap replacements. About two weeks later, the screen turned out to be defective (not their fault). Since it was still under warranty, they handled everything and replaced it as soon as the new screen came in. The process was smooth and communication was great. While being without my phone for a few days wasn’t ideal, their customer service and turnaround made it well worth it. I’d absolutely recommend them.
I filed a claim with Asurion for a Samsung Galaxy fold 6 that had a tiny black dead pixel area at the bottom of the big screen along with a small area that looked like the screen protector was breaking free. The repair was no charge and I got a free cleaning! Now I have all new screens to carry me another 8 months when I'll use my ATT next up and buy the Fold 8 hopefully. Fast service here. Friendly faces. Easy process and no hassles. The replacement was ready in two hours. It pays to have insurance on a foldable. A+ for these folks!
My wait time was about 3 hours. The staff was Great. However, the reason this store gets 5 stars is because of how my phone works after they fixed it. The response time is incredible. My screens are fixed, crisp, clear, and my phone works like I just took it out of the box. I have had my zflip fixed MULTIPLE TIMES and this is the best FIX EVER.Thank you to the staff at uBreakiFIX in Virginia Beach.
... smashed my phone, got my replacement through my Asurion protection. I had trouble moving my data back up onto my new phone. I brought both phones to this team. they had to use some unconventional methods, but they pesisted, and were able to recover my information put it back on my phone. plus all my apps and everything! much, much better and smoother than I ever expected. This is the second time I have used this location. This team is fantastic. Recommend 100%
