Ultimate Performance has been an incredible experience, having a 1:1 dedicated & extremely knowledgeable personal trainer training me in the gym twice a week and virtually once a week is a real life changer. The attention to detail on training as well as diet is fantastic, with the tracking of everything in the app too. I have been training with Aidan and he has been excellent. I have had PT's in the past but Aidan & UP are at a different level. UP helps you to feel physically and mentally stronger, it is highly motivational and the results talk for themselves. I highly recommend UP.

I was apprehensive about signing up at first, having not properly trained before. From day one any worries disappeared — the atmosphere at UP Mayfair is really welcoming and I look forward to each session. I’ve been training with Aidan and he’s been great: he made me feel comfortable straight away and really knows his stuff. He keeps me focused and on track whilst being patient and without overcomplicating things. I saw results within weeks and now, five months in, I’m the leanest I’ve ever been, stronger, healthier, sleeping better, and far more confident. The best part is that UP take out all the guesswork and make the process really efficient with a lot of accountability — all I’ve had to do is show up and follow the plan, and I’ve had great results in no time. I’ve already learned a huge amount about training, nutrition and recovery that I’ll carry with me, and I’ve extended past the initial phase because the results and accountability have been well worth the investment.
I trained with Ruby at UP, and it was nothing short of life-changing. From day one, she made me feel welcomed, supported and motivated. Ruby’s knowledge, encouragement, and personalised program helped me achieve results I never thought possible—not just physically, but mentally as well. I’ve gained strength, confidence, and a healthier mindset. She listens and understands busy schedules and tailored everything around a busy but realistic lifestyle which worked for me. I’m truly grateful for the experience training with Ruby, and couldn’t recommend her high enough!
I had never used a strength/weight lifting gym before so was expecting to feel somewhat intimidated when I joined UP Mayfair but that was never the case. All of the trainers are very welcoming and friendly and there is a wide mix of people using the gym at different stages of their program which really helped me settle in. My main objective for joining the UP program was to discover a sustainable way to become stronger and more toned and maintain that level. My PT George was excellent at outlining the expectations, timeline, tracking progress and providing advise and encouragement. After 6 months I now have a new found level of self confidence, feel strong, energised and for the first time able to consistently attend a local gym to supplement my UP sessions. Thanks to all at UP Mayfair for helping me along the way.
