We recently rented an apartment in Edinburgh(Sunbury Place, EH4 3BY) through Umega, and our experience with Millie Forrest and Lou Lennie was excellent from start to finish. They were both professional, friendly, and helpful during the viewing process, which made securing the property smooth and stress-free. After moving in, we noticed that the carpets were not as clean as expected. Millie immediately took this up with the landlord and handled everything efficiently. Some carpets were replaced and the others were professionally cleaned, all arranged promptly and without any hassle for us. We really appreciated the responsiveness, transparency, and care shown throughout. It made a big difference, especially as new tenants settling into a new home. Highly recommend Umega, and especially Millie and Lou, for their outstanding service.
