Pedja has saved me. After a lifetime of wear and tear on my body and underlining autoimmune issues, Pedja is the first trainer I have worked with that has helped me achieve significant changes in my attitude towards my health, has made me feel at ease to be myself and to work at my own pace. He always has showed up for me, tweaked workouts and met me where I am on any of our training sessions. He has got me physically ready for hip replacement surgery and helped me navigate some of my perimenopause symptoms with weight training and nutrition recommendations. Pedja is a gem. Like I said he saved me.

Earlier this year I started suffering from low back pain. I thought it would go away but it did not, it was actually getting worse. My wife recommended I see her personal trainer, Pedja. I was reluctant because I thought it was going to be a“drill sergeant” experience where I am told what to do and then pushed to do it. I was wrong. My wife definitely under sold Pedja. His gentle approach, combo of exercise, stretching and manual messaging comes from his personal understanding of back pain. I started to feel better right away. Occasionally I have some bad days, but Pedja responds right away by modifying exercises and stretches to work around the issues. Highly recommended.
