Jon I met Jon at my son’s house. He was the second of 3 agents that I was interviewing to be our agent. He suggested doing some repairs to make the house more marketable and the other 2 said not to worry about it. Jon didn’t give me his full resume of how many houses he sells per month or per year, how big their company is, or how much capital they move around. Jon just said I would really like to help you to sell your son’s house during this difficult time in your life and handed me the company brochure. He said to read it on my own time if I want. That was the selling point to me and I decided to hire Jon as our agent. Jon went above and beyond to help us during the process, meeting contractors, the insurance adjuster for repairs after an unexpected storm, meeting a friend to remove some belongings, and helping during the paperwork process as we live in a different state. We can’t thank Jon enough for his professionalism, kindess, understanding and willingness to sell our son’s property. He really went above and beyond for us during the whole process of the sale.
