Traveling for months I was in serious need of a haircut. I made an appointment with Steven based on reviews for Urban. Steven was awesome! I showed him a picture, tried to explain what I wanted, and he took it from there. As a first time client, I’m sure it’s more challenging than a regular customer you get to know, but Steven was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Not only was he friendly and engaging, he was professional and efficient. I was in and out of the salon in half an hour with a beautiful haircut and amazing service. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend the salon and Steven.
Had an excellent experience with Shannon. She listened to me, understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me a terrific haircut. I couldn’t be more pleased.
