I have been coming to Valliani for years began when I bought my now wifes wedding ring. I felt completly satisfied with the knowledge they shared between natural and lab grown diamonds I was pleased with the customer service. Since that wedding ring we have been back for my wedding ring, watches, and other assorted rings. The no interest credit is spectacular. The manager Lourdes is always pleasant and the recent purchase that was handled by Albert was great. There are tines i come to the store and even when they know I am not going to buy anything but simply browsing they are always attentive. We will continue to buy all our jewelry from Valliani

Jason and Michael were also great and worked with us to help us get a great price. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I had an amazing experience at this jewelry shop called Valliani Jewelers located in the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno, CA. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The entire team was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. Jason, Michael, and Natalie were all fantastic to work with and took the time to show me a wide variety of options while asking detailed questions to understand my preferences. Jason speaking Punjabi was an added bonus, as it made it much easier for my family to discuss the jewelry details comfortably and clearly. What truly set this store apart was the variety, flexibility, and efficiency they offer. They have an impressive selection, including 18k yellow gold, which I was incorrectly told by another store in the mall wasn’t available anywhere there. They also offer extensive customization options with diamonds and metals, something other nearby shops did not provide. Another huge plus was their on-site jeweler, which allowed for resizing and adjustments to be done quickly. In my case, my ring was ready for same-day pickup, which was incredible. I initially visited this store first and thought I would check out other places in the mall before deciding. After comparing, it became clear that this shop stood out in every way; better variety, faster turnaround, more customization options, and great pricing. I ended up purchasing a diamond band and got exactly what I wanted at a great price. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry purchases. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewelry and outstanding service.
