Dr.Sharma is simply Amazing! She's incredibly with my 3 children. She never rushes appointments, and takes the time to genuinely listen to all our concerns, making sure we understand everything. The staff is wonderful, the office is clean, and we always feel comfortable and well-cared for. Highly recommend her for any family! ❤️
She is the best pediatrician in Las Vegas and Henderson, I found her about 7 years ago and haven't switched pediatricians since! Dr. Sharma and her whole staff are caring, compassionate and informative. I gladly drive across town to her office.
I have been taking my kids there for a few years (so Dr Sharma knows me). This is for the location on Warm Springs...I noticed the service slowly start to decline when she wasn't taking any appointments and hired an Nurse Practitioner (whom was unprofessional and never called me regarding my child's lab work). Dr. Sharma uses a third-party billing dept and they are the worst, give you misinformation and are always behind - 3 years! I had an appointment today for my son, whom had been feeling ill for a week or so. The woman at the front informed me that they are declining service due to me not paying my bill in full ($50 plus copayment), I informed her that I can pay the copay and only $5 of the $50 until we get the billing sorted out (the billing mgr had informed me that my payments were not being credited) - denied. I asked to speak with Dr. Sharma personally. After a while, the same woman at the front said "she doesn't want to get involved". Wow! Need I say more? Don't mistake niceness for caring - it's all an act!
I had the pleasure of following Dr. Sharma during my pediatric rotation as a nurse practitioner student, and the experience was truly exceptional. Dr. Sharma is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment plans, not only to her patients and their families but also to students, making every learning opportunity meaningful. The office staff is just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. They maintain a smooth and well-organized practice environment, which contributes to the overall positive experience for both patients and providers. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have learned from Dr. Sharma and her team, and I would highly recommend this practice to any family seeking compassionate and expert pediatric care.
There is a reason Dr Sharma has a high rating on here. She is incredible, takes the time to discuss your concerns, provides valuable education and advice, and truly looks at your baby with attention and care. We’re glad we didn’t settle for the 2 pediatricians we saw before her and finally found her.
