Hired this company on recommendation from my local Facebook page group. They did not disappoint. Found my problem had me back up and running within 20 minutes or so. Highly recommend. Both Representatives Eric and Danny were highly professional and competent.
Jonathan and Marcos was extremely professional in providing the services needed. Installing a light fixture in need of replacement to ensuring the generator is ready for use they were dynamic. Much appreciated the step-by-step instructions for using the generator if needed. We had use W3 before to install the outlet for the generator and will continue to call for future electrical issues. They are phenomenal service providers.
Anthony with W3 was fantastic. He took the time to properly troubleshoot my issue and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also took the time to provide me a quote for some landscaping lighting I was interested in. I’ve used W3 once before and I appreciate how transparent they are with their pricing before the work begins. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Bryan showed up exactly on time for my emergency panel repair at 8:05pm. He diagnosed the issue and estimated the repairs quickly and carefully. He secured my panel so it could safely function overnight and returned with his apprentice Jimmy the following day exactly on time at 10am. Bryan and Jimmy worked for several hours carefully replacing the panel and rewiring all the breakers. I watched them work all day and I have not seen any better communication and diligence from anyone coming to work at my house. Bryan’s work on wiring and triple checking everything was so good that I will be requesting him on all future repairs and troubleshooting. Bryan Jimmy both exceeded my expectations. The quality of work, the components used, and the professionalism were above and beyond. I just was amazed! Thank you W3. Thank you Bryan and Jimmy.
I was having trouble with a GFI in my garage tripping. This GFI controls an outlet in the garage and my front door and back door outlets. After troubleshooting Jonathan found a number of electrical issues. First he replaced the exterior outlets with ones with a plastic covers so that I can leave things plugged in without getting wet, then replaced the GFI outlet that was tripping with one that prevents it from tripping due to moisture exposure. Also, since I was planning on adding additional outlets to the garage Jonathan suggested adding a dedicated one for the chest freezer and another under my electrical panel for my power tools. This one has four outlets with two separate breakers. I so appreciated their professionalism and the care they took with cleanup. Very pleased!
