This Wal-Mart is a really crowded and urban store site. Foot traffic is unreal. Unless you live close to this place and don't want to travel to Blue Bonnet's location, I'd say go elsewhere.
The shopping experience is much more organized and clean the the southern Florida stores. I mean a plus for that. The self checkout is a bit messy. People have carts blocking the path at the closest terminals so the front ones go unused half the time. Need wider space between the terminals. Bathrooms were disgusting. The employees were happy and easy to approach for finding items.
Consistent with other reviews, pickup/delivery and auto care at this location are unreliable. Four back-to-back orders were missing roughly half the items. Two pickup orders had “disappeared” upon arrival, requiring over an hour each time for reshop — and both were still incomplete. Grocery delivery orders are also consistently missing items. At auto care, a rep incorrectly claimed I had only purchased a battery and that installation wasn’t included, despite prior installations at this location. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the consistency of these issues suggests a management and process problem.
Good team workers Cashier Manager was being performance . Great Deli need to put a sign up for placing the order and pay at the rigester. When placing order at the deli the worker gave me a ticket to pay at the register and then bring it to register . The long is too long to wait . Need a parking light good fiction light just like you go the game . Thanks to the officer on duty He was a good helper and gentleman.
Don’t do pickup orders later than 8 pm here! I made a grocery order to pick up from 9-10 last night because I am a busy college student and have many things to do. My order was not even confirmed and said it was ready to pick up until 9:30. I finally got to walmart at 9:40-9:45, checked in, and waited until 10:10 until i finally decided to go inside. I was then told I would not receive my groceries until the next day because pick up staff had left before 10 pm which is closing time. Why do staff leave before the scheduled end shift time? I wasted time out of my busy day to not even get my groceries! And I am now needing to waste time out of today to go and see if I am able to actually get my groceries this time.
