After an initial water (replacement) installation, I had a water pressure problem that resulted in the new water heater intermittently discharging into the garage. After calling Water Heaters Only for a follow-up service, Alex B was sent out. He installed an expansion tank and reset the PRV to match - all this within less than an hour. Alex was great - workmanship was top notch. A very clean installation. Highly recommended.
Alex Buenrostro installed our new tankless water heater, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Our old unit needed to be replaced, and Alex was incredibly professional, polite, and friendly throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what was wrong with the old unit and why a replacement was necessary. He provided a quote and completed the installation the very same day. Afterward, he walked me through every component he installed—everything included in the quote—and showed me the repiping work he did for the gas line. He also hauled away the old unit, leaving everything clean and tidy. When I later noticed low water pressure, I called Alex, and he returned to our home immediately. He diagnosed the issue as sediment buildup restricting flow, then cleaned the kitchen faucet and showerhead and checked every faucet and shower in the house to ensure the pressure was perfect before he left. Alex did an outstanding job installing our new unit, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients. If you need any work done on your water heater, I highly recommend hiring Alex Buenrostro. My old water heater died on New Year’s Day. I called this company because of their experienced staff. Alex was terrific in replacing my gas water heater. He came earlier than the window given (after letting me know). He worked efficiently, keeping the house clean and protected. He worked without a break and working very efficiently. He answered all my questions and I appreciated his attention to detail and suggestions. Great experience!
My mother and I contacted Water Heaters Only to replace our split water heater. Water Heaters Only has very pleasant and helpful staff, and were able to coordinate an estimate/installation for the next day. We had the pleasure of having Mr. Daniel Chavez as our technician. Mr. Chavez was punctual, friendly and gave a thorough description of the task at hand; he provided us with different scenarios to adequately explain the options and allowed us to choose the one that best met our needs. Mr. Chavez was able to quickly drain and remove the existing tank, and did so with minimal mess (what little was created was cleaned). The installation was very professional and done in a clean manner. Mr. Chavez had the foresight to rotate the new water heater 90⁰ so that the drain and controls were more accessible for us. We highly recommend Water Heaters Only, and if possible, Mr. Daniel Chavez as the technician.
