Jennita and Tracey were amazing in helping me — I AM IN LOVEEEE!!! She was very attentive and even followed up when i told her I had an issue. I came back to get my patio set and a fire pit.
Nikki the Asst manager and Jennita , the visual lead are the best. They were very helpful with my return. I had a return that had 1 package that had not been delivered yet. Even though customer service told me I could return the boxes even though all the boxes hadn’t been delivered. They were so gracious to hold the boxes for me until the other one comes in. Thank you both so much for your help! You ladies were my saving grace! Thank you again
I decided to check out this Wayfair Outlet as I walked between Dick's Sporting Goods and Target and I'm so happy I did! I had been looking for a platform bed frame and here was the perfect one - solid wood, in perfect condition and a good price. The staff who took it apart and to my car were great, as was Sintora, who greeted me, rang me up and got the tools and the guys together. A good experience overall.
If I could give this place zero stars, that is what I would give it. This felt to me like a time or where I went back in time to things are either outdated or just plain, sad, looking, really odd, ugly pieces of furniture, lamps that were very expensive and still missing parts. It was a hard no for me. Never been so disappointed – drove an hour and a half to not find one thing even remotely decent to buy prices were extremely high and judging for the conversations I had with other people in the store they felt the same way. We left and went to Ollies and had a much better experience. At least we found items that were reasonably priced and somewhat up-to-date.
I call them my good friends because they are always helpful whenever I pop in. Especially, Jennita. She is so sweet and kind. She always greets the customers and offers assistance. John is extra helpful as well. He is always pleasant and says hello. The young people that help me load up my vehicle deserve a round of applause as well. I always have a great experience when I come into the store. Thank you for being here to help me furnish my new house.
