I was looking for a nice arrangement for my wife's birthday and while the picture appeared to be nice online, the actual arrangement was much more impressive in person. She told me that these were the nicest flowers and most aromatic she has ever received. The delivery driver was very friendly and the overall experience was incredible. I will be using Jordans House of Flowers again. Thank you, very well done.
Five stars!! Beautiful beautiful flowers, even better service! The order was purchased, and delivered all within 2 hours, I am very impressed! The order was for my friend and it was personally delivered by a very kind man, holding the bouquet rather than being stuffed into a box and left on the doorstep! I will definitely be using this service again.
I ordered two different arrangements (both of which I upgraded to Premium) for one elderly couple, for delivery on the same day. I also requested photographs of both before delivery. As always (I've used them for years), Jordan House Flowers came through with flying colors: Stunning arrangements, the requested photographs, and delivery of course on the correct day -- and quite early in the day, even though I'd not requested a specific time. Everything was ordered and requested on their excellent website, and they clearly pay attention to the special requests (like photos) that people write on those orders. Excellent!
I am so pleased with the professionalism and beautiful arrangement of this floral shop. Everything went so smoothly. I called a week in advance and placed the order.. the day of I received an email around 12 that my flowers had been delivered. They were prompt and did exactly as they said they would. It is my daughter’s birthday, so this meant a lot to me. The flowers were even prettier than the picture online. Highly recommend 10/10.
I cannot thank you enough for making the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement I have EVER sent to a funeral!!!! I have stopped in your shop several times for smaller items, but never anything this big and this important. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone to place the order was very kind and accommodating. Many florists are abrupt and almost too busy to help. I want you to know that the gesture of being patient and willing to talk about my order made all the difference in the world. He was helpful by viewing my potential choices on your website as we discussed over the phone certain flowers and availability. I was left with a pleasant feeling and hopeful about the large funeral spray I was ordering. When I arrived at the funeral home a couple days later, I was stunned at the perfection!!! The arrangement was even more beautiful than the sample one online - which didn't seem possible. The flower quality was exceptional and the arrangement was very generous (which NO ONE does). I couldn't take my eyes off of it, and for once, it was an arrangement that I was beaming with pride about!!! You have gained a lifetime customer and I will share my experience with everyone.
