Updated review 4.5 years later: Heather was great! She helped us buy and sell our first house. Always there for our questions, helped us focus on what we needed to do to get our house sold, made the showing process super easy for us, and she had a bunch of connections for anything from landscapers, to handymen, to junk haulers. At the end of the day she got us WAY more than we expected to sell the house for. Super professional, and always easy to work with. 10/10 thanks heather! Heather just helped my husband and I find our first home. She was instrumental throughout the entire process. Backstory- We were looking to move from out of town to Long Beach, an area we kind of knew but not really. Heather was insanely informative about all the little neighborhoods, new and upcoming city projects, etc. Heather remained easy to access and very informative from start to finish. I really can't imagine going through the whole process without her. If the time comes for us to ever have to do this whole thing over again Heather will be the first person we contact. I would highly recommend her expertise to all my friends and family.
I have worked with both Heather and David when both purchasing and selling a home and couldn't be happier. They were always very pleasant, professional and demonstrated great knowledge regarding the buying and selling process since this was a first for me as well and great knowledge of the area I was looking to purchase in. They responded promptly to all questions and concerns that I had and made the overall process of buying and selling a home smooth and about as stress-free as possible. Bought my first house with David and Heather and had such a great experience that when it came time to sell, I didn't even consider anyone else. During COVID19 times and with a frustratingly long process through no fault of David, he still managed to follow up, schedule, and get everything done while being professional, responsive. You can definitely tell that this team has your best interest in mind and I HIGHLY recommend them!
I'm very happy to say that Heather and David Landeros at West Associates helped me more than I could have ever expected. I just closed on a duplex in LA before this 4th of July long weekend and I could not have done it without the charisma, professionalism, and responsiveness that Heather and David provided. We were able to take care of almost everything online or over the phone with the entire COVID-19 situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely reach out to them if I choose to purchase another property. We had a few hiccups along the way due to me having a complex buyer background, but we got it done. I am extremely grateful to have become a homeowner with their immense help.
We worked with David in looking for our house in Long Beach and San Pedro. He was very responsive and was always ready to view a house with us at a moment's notice. He had good knowledge of the market and would be sure to let us know what to look for and what to avoid. All of his hard work paid off, as we ended up finding and closing on a great home in San Pedro! David was very helpful in his knowledge of contracts, and was always happy to explain what it was that we were signing - very important for us as first time home buyers. He was also never pushy in the process and always gave us the opportunity to make our own decision, while at the same time sharing his experience and opinions to help us. Couldn't have asked for a better person to represent us!
