Having a newer vehicle, I knew I would need to take it in for the ADS. However, when making my appointment, I explicitly asked if I would need to drop off my vehicle or if it could be done on a mobile basis. The response I received was that it could be done via mobile. Then, when talking with the scheduling representative, I asked again to confirm. After providing the VIN, they again said that it could be done via mobile. On the day of my appointment, I received a text stating that I would need to drop off my vehicle to have the ADS completed. The level of miscommunication is beyond belief.
My truck was broken into on Saturday night. I went online for a few quotes and this company was the most reasonably priced, and they provided a lifetime warranty. I booked this morning (Monday 745am), they had multiple time slots and I was able to setup a same day appt for a 9am-12pm window. Online booking was fast and easy, with pay in cash and other various forms of electronic payment. I didn’t have them bill my insurance but it is an option. He arrived during the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up all residue. ***Extra bonus points*** 1. for not hounding me the next day with phone calls or emails trying to schedule an appointment to gain my business 2. I didn’t realize they were also going to match my existing window tint— that was such a great surprise since it was one less thing for me to do!
