Joy was simple amazing! After managing customer service for 20 years I always carefully consider the service I receive. Joy treated me like I came to buy a new Rolex although all I was doing was having a replica repaired! She is uniquely professional, personable and lives up to her name! My husband is from Winston-Salem and he and his family have always trusted Windsor for jewelry purchases, so when our son wanted to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend last February, we didn’t hesitate to get him to WJ. We hit the jackpot with our salesperson, Angela! She never once pressured him to buy a particular brand or style, but instead asked him pertinent questions and made suggestions based on his answers. She was patient and kind and added to the moment by sharing in his excitement. My son found a beautiful ring, and Angela kept us updated on the order status, doing her best to make sure he received it in time for his planned proposal (which he did). She was so professional, personable, and knowledgeable—and the selection and quality at Windsor is so good—that my husband and I returned to purchase a new wedding set for me for our anniversary, and my son and his finance returned at Thanksgiving to select their wedding bands. Again, Angela helped us all find the perfect rings while providing excellent service and making us feel special and truly valued as customers. We could not be happier with each experience at the Winston store or more pleased with the quality of the jewelry!
Greeted by Angela right when I walked in. I told her I was interested in Tudor. She brought me to the section. She showed me every piece I was interested in and answered all my questions with patience until I made my selection. Kevin came by and resized the bracelet multiple times until it was the perfect fit. Afterwards, Angela agreed to walk me around the store showing me different timepieces I haven't seen in person before. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for people interested in great watches!
Angela was very helpful with getting the Tissot watch that I wanted. When it came in she notified me and I went into the store and the rest is history. I love my Tissot PRC 200. If you're looking for a nice timepiece go to Windsor Jewelers and ask for Angela. She will do her best to take care of you and get you what you want.
Even picking up a new watchband for an old watch was a pleasant experience at Windsor Jewelers because the staff reached out with friendly professionalism. At least three people helped me—the greeter behind the counter, someone else who helped me choose a watchband, and the one who replaced it on the watch. Excellent service!
