I interviewed three estate agents when selling my flat and although it’s tempting to go with the bigger, more familiar names, I decided to go with Yates Hellier and am very glad I did. They are extremely professional while being straightforward, honest and friendly, their communication is excellent, and in-house photographs and video are first-rate. Decided to sell our house in the West End and got 4 agents in to give us valuations. Ross from Yates Hellier arrived relaxed and casual. He was genuinely interested in the property and very knowledgeable of the market in our area. He took the time to listen to our doubts and concerns, explaining the selling process clearly. We decided to go with Yates Hellier due to his understated confidence and relaxed manner. The rest of the company didn’t disappoint. Their photographer was excellent. He took some beautiful images of our property, highlighting the individual character of our house. (This is praise indeed as we both teach photography) The rest of the team were brilliant. The communication was great. We were kept up to date with all viewings and feedback. We can’t fault them. They made selling less stressful. If we were to move again we would go with Yates Hellier again.
