Participating in Craig's classes is of great benefit both physically and mentally. The breathing practices lead to deep relaxation. Craig also provides home practice routines for class participants if requested. He is highly skilled and pays attention to each class member to provide suggestions and choices to help with physical difficulties or mobility issues. Craig's ease and humour puts smiles on faces!
