I absolutely love this place. I have been taking classes here for over a year. This business contributes to the community and is inclusive to all. Each instructor is knowledgeable, passionate about yoga, and compassionate toward yoga students. The atmosphere at both locations are unique, but calming and grounding. I always feel refreshed and newly inspired when I finish a class. Definitely would recommend.
The best yoga experience I've had in my life. All of the instructors are incredible. Yoga Parkside has created a healing space where all can feel comfortable, welcome, and safe.
We have been here during vacation. We did a drop in gentle flow with Sorren. It was totally great. We had a warm welcome and felt comfortable. There a mats, blocks and blankets. It was a perfect start in the day and opportunity to refresh. Thank you so much from Germany.
I’ve been taking classes here for about a month specifically the yin yoga class. The facility is clean class size is small and the room is inviting. Staff is friendly and pricing is reasonable. There is plenty of off street parking and it’s in a very safe neighborhood. They do have props available but i always suggest bring your own mat! If you’re looking to try something new or ease your way into yoga I recomendable yoga park side.
I have been going to Yoga Parkside for five years and can’t say enough wonderful things about what an awesome space it has been. Yoga Parkside helped me stay grounded while I worked my way through a PhD program. It was a space for me during pregnancy, post-partum and beyond. I have gone to Yoga classes in many different states of mind and found a gentle and supportive environment. I love YP’s commitment to community and social justice, and have been invited to give input in meaningful ways. The range of teachers, class times, and class options make it accessible to a wide range of schedules and interests. The studios are beautiful and peaceful as well, and I am excited to attend future outdoor and livestreaming events.
