Rachael’s Hatha yoga class is one of the best classes I’ve been to in ages. Strong, slow, absolutely beautiful 😊. Please do more classes in YQ!!!
Wow! This class is amazing ! I’ve only started Yin Yoga it’s such an experience. Susan is an amazing instructor/teacher & you feel very relaxed ,cocooned ,calm & each pose building flexibility - what’s not to love !!
I can’t recommend Yoga Quarter highly enough! I attended pregnancy yoga and then moved on to baby & parent yoga—both with Christine—and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Christine is incredibly knowledgeable about birth and pregnancy. During the prenatal classes, she shared so many helpful techniques for labour alongside the yoga practice. The baby & parent yoga is hands-down my favourite postpartum activity. I look forward to it every week! Christine creates such a warm, supportive, and welcoming space for both mums and babies. She adapts the class beautifully depending on what the babies are doing—whether they're feeding, sleeping, or wide awake—so everyone feels included, supported, and never stressed. She’s so thoughtful in her approach, always making sure mums can get the most yoga practice in whilst being responsive to the babies. After each session, there's even the chance to stay for a herbal tea and connect with other parents, which has been such a lovely bonus. Thank you Christine!
Pregnancy yoga review- I went to yoga quarter for pregnancy yoga with Christine throughout my second pregnancy. I understand every birth is different but the difference in my second labour in comparison to my first was night and day. I used so many of the yoga poses and mindsets I learnt during this class and it kept me so focused. My midwife even notice a few of the coping mechanisms I was using and commented on it after saying she knew I had full control when she watched me. I had a 4 hour labour and an amazing experience.
