Brian & Melissa have created something truly special with Yoga Time. The second you step into their beautiful studio, you feel the stress of the day melting away. Their love of yoga is infectious, and they put so much care and thought into everything they do. They have the knowledge and experience to help you develop your practice regardless of your level of experience, age, gender, or body type. I felt welcome over a year ago as a *severely* out of shape beginner. It was only because of their encouragement and positivity that I was able to persevere and make significant positive changes in my life. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, I encourage you to try Yoga Time. The only danger is becoming addicted to their classes!
I've been attending this studio the past 8 months. I have chronic pain from a ruptured lumbar disc and yoga has been one of the most impactful parts of improving my daily life. The owners, Brian and Melissa, are aware of what level each of their students are practicing - and are able to provide an environment that allows both advanced and novice "yogis" to feel welcome and accomplished on their Yoga journey.
I truly love Brian’s yoga classes. All skill levels attend and feel very comfortable. The new studio is very serene and inviting. Somehow every class I attend, is exactly what my mind and body needed. It’s a great sense of community at the studio. I encourage everyone to come try out a class. I promise it’s worth it! 5/5 for sure! Best studio in town! If you are experienced, there’s not a better person to practice with than Bryan. He’s simply the fantastic! If you’re not experienced with yoga, this crew will put you at ease immediately and you’ll learn quicker than you thought possible. Either way you’re going to have an incredible experience and a great time. It’s a studio and community that welcomes all levels of skill and types of people.
