I am so glad I decided to try this amazing place! The trainers and support staff are so friendly and welcoming. We learn something new each class, and we don’t just work on “badges,” but also on fun activities and tricks. There is always time for questions and clarification - I never feel rushed or confused. I love the variety of programs and classes they offer - from the basics all the way through agility. I highly recommend Zoom Room!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zoom Room and Brian’s puppy obedience class are great! He explains things clearly and keeps the class moving without dwelling on skills your pup already knows. Fun, engaging, and motivating for both dogs and owners. Highly recommend!
Zoom Room is a great option for dog training. It's a convenient location and the staff are very good, especially Bryan. Being able to schedule the training when we're available works well for us. The homework requires more of our time and effort but that's the tradeoff for a flexible schedule.
They put on an anniversary party and it was a lot of fun! Staff is friendly, they do try an upsell you on classes and packages. I booked a private gym session for my dog and his friend. They were upfront about the $5 for the extra dog, however to use the agility course it’s $10 extra. Online under private gym it shows the agility course is included with the booking but it’s not. so the website is very misleading. Turns out the agility equipment is not included like the website says it’s available for an additional fee which is not shown online. Would definitely book again if agility was actually included.
We love Zoom Room Arrowhead! We have taken our puppy for a few playgroups and one group lesson so far. Looking forward to more! The trainers are great and have lots of helpful advice. We even had a private gym session where we got together with some of our pups siblings. Everyone had a great time! We will definitely be back soon!
