Used this company for the 1st time. From the beginning, they were completely amazing. Easy to communicate with, timely response time, showed up on time, so very friendly. Jess was an absolute delight to work with. Will highly recommend them and use in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was with 314 Event Rentals! I rented a 20x30 tent with lights (they even brought the extension cord and tested all the lights), 10 round Tables, 7 (8ft long) buffet tables, 3 bar high tables, and chairs. The communication prior to booking was first rate. The follow up several weeks before the event with exact details laying out all expectations for delivery, set up, and pick up was extremely thorough. Communication day of delivery along with setup ran smoothly! Pick up was right on schedule! I highly recommend using 314 Event Rentals for all your party needs!
Jessica went above and beyond to make sure our party was a success, even getting special linens and making an extra trip to add a wall to our tent. We highly recommend 314!
We had a great experience with 314 Event Rentals! The tent set up looked great and was perfect for our event. The equipment was all in excellent shape Jessica was a pleasure to deal with and they were polite, friendly, reliable, accommodating and professional. We will definitely use them again!
Great, we had no issues with renting, set up or take down. The crew was fast and kind. We also had to switch payments after our cc was processed and the company helped us navigate the changes even after the card was charged. They did it without being difficult or saying no which was really kind IMO. I would and will use again! I also loved that the coordinator would text me vs call and leave voicemails or miss one another, it definitely made things smoother and quicker to connect.
