I recently purchased a bedroom set from 5th Avenue for my son. I had been putting off the purchase due to my dislike of being accosted and then followed like a criminal at the big box stores. Not so here. I walked in and immediately felt like family. I told them what I wanted and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for (and some other things I wasn’t). Everyone that sees the new set loves it. The quality is amazing. The delivery was seamless and best of all, the prices make me tell all my friends to go see them. So go see them, you will be pleasantly surprised!! Thank you guys for everything!!
5th Avenue Furniture is AMAZING!!!! Dillon and the team are absolutely wonderful! They worked with me from start to finish. They have a great selection of quality furniture and their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I would definitely shop with them again!
I wish I had the same experience like these people here. The reviews and customer service from the lady rep made me choose this place. I moved into my home and wanted to buy a brand new bed set. I made my order a week from the supposed delivery date. This order was confirmed with me 3 times for a delivery of Oct 25 2025. I explained to the rep the day the man called that I work and need a time when I get off. Told me Saturday between 330-6pm. I was ecstatic! They even called the day before to confirm. Sent a text and email. The day of the delivery the delivery person calls at 140 while I'm still at work asking if I'm home. I said I thought delivery would come between the time confirmed 3 times with me. He hung up. I called the store to speak with the manager. He was horribly rude denying the confirmation with me 3 times. I told him I'm not upset at him but the situation. I can't keep taking off work or adjust hrs right now. I need a definite date to reschedule. He was horribly rude. I'm so disappointed i waited for this to happen and then not acknowledge the mistake. He said he can't keep his guys out. So why confirm this with me instead of letting me know this so I can make accommodations. This is all around terrible.
The older guy that helped me was amazing. I got exactly what I wanted. He was patient as I was undecided and yes, I will Return back again. I Love my black stools
