My husband and I realized we forgot to ever make a review after our initial purchase back in 2023, and after more then two years of having my engagement ring we can truly testify at how beautiful my ring is, and the quality of it!!! We wanted a very simple elegant timeless piece and he walked us through what options he had and what I might be looking for. Ended up picking a platinum band with a hidden design under the dimond. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!
I had a great experience with 5th Avenue Jewelers. Roy was great to work. He helped me custom design a ring over three different design phases. He also got me a diamond that was .2ct larger than we talked about but still within my budget. I’ll def be back to buy a wedding band when we’re ready for it.
My wife and I both purchased our wedding bands from Roy at 5th Avenue Jewelers. Roy was very patient as we went back and forth trying to find the perfect rings. He is extremely knowledgeable and took care of us from start to finish. We will definitely go back to Roy for any future jewelry purchases.
Roy and Heather and an absolute delight. They are professional, and consider all your needs when shopping for your special pieces. My family and I were in Alaska for a couple of weeks and decided that we wanted to come home with something special and 5th Avenue Jewelers came highly recommended. Once we arrived we understood why. The store has a wide selection suitable for all budgets. The atmosphere is warm and inviting due to Roy and Heather's pleasant nature. They want you to go home with only what pleases you and if you don't happen to find something they welcome your next visit and another opportunity to help you. I was especially grateful to Roy and how gracious he was with my father. May he and his family always find the blessings in each day and may he be rewarded for his efforts. My husband and I loved working with Roy and his team for the purchase of our wedding bands. He was patient with fitting and showing us options. I found a gorgeous wedding band in-store that goes perfectly with my fully custom engagement ring. Roy has also twice sent that fully custom ring out for resizing after I lost weight, and it came back still beautiful each time. Roy also did a great job turning a some heirloom family earrings from clip ons to posts with screw on backs. We highly recommend Fifth Avenue Jewelers!
