I had a great experience at Ben Bridge while purchasing my latest watch (Hamilton Murph). I worked with Lauda who Was absolutely fantastic. Sadie was extremely kind and helpful in both of my recent experiences here. First in October and again recently today for a Christmas gift purchase. They definitely treat you as a place that wants to earn your business which is very refreshing. Sadie assisted me with trying on a few watches I was interested in and helped me pick out a gift. It was an easy, pleasant experience and I definitely will be back!

I never write reviews but my experience with Brenda and the rest of her team was so extraordinary and over the top I just had to! I came in looking for some jewelry to buy myself an early Christmas gift and Brenda immediately knew what my taste was and guided me through each piece I wanted to see thoroughly! I have been to Tiffany’s and some of the finest jewelry stores out there and I have never felt as cared for and taken care of as I did with Brenda. She got me all squared away and even helped me take care of Christmas gifts for the rest of my family too! I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN because of my experience with her. Thank you again Brenda and the rest of the team for making Ben Bridge feel like home to me and helping me find everything I needed!

I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ladda Keovilayhong, and she truly went above and beyond.I stopped in to ask about availability, and Ladda took the time to explain the process clearly and kindly. She promised to let me know if one became available, and true to her word, she called me just three weeks later when the exact model I wanted arrived. From start to finish, the experience felt professional, transparent, and genuinely welcoming. As this was my first Rolex, it was an exciting milestone for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process. If you’re considering a Rolex or fine jewelry, I highly recommend visiting Ben Bridge in Anchorage and asking for Ladda — she made the whole experience outstanding.
