⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Standout New Year’s Eve Experience We spent New Year’s Eve at ADEZ Steakhouse & Lounge, and it was hands-down one of the best dining and nightlife experiences we’ve had. From the moment we sat down, our server Lisa set the standard. She was funny, engaging, and incredibly attentive. We never waited for drinks, our wine glasses stayed full, and she checked on us constantly without ever being overbearing. Truly top-tier service—phenomenal from start to finish. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam and Ezekiel, the owners, and they are genuinely great people. You can feel their passion for the food, the atmosphere, and the guest experience—it shows in every detail. The food was exceptional. The steaks were perfectly cooked, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavor. The hot stone presentation and fire at the table added an unforgettable, high-end touch that made the entire meal feel elevated. We also tried the tuna, which was caught the same day, and it was absolutely amazing—easily some of the freshest, best tuna I’ve ever had. After dinner, we went upstairs to the lounge, which was sleek, upscale, and had an incredible vibe—perfect for continuing the night. Later, we stopped at the front bar downstairs, and the experience stayed consistent: great bartenders, great servers, and excellent drinks all around. If you’re looking for elite steak, ultra-fresh seafood, outstanding service, and a full upscale lounge and bar experience, this is the place. Nothing but amazing things to say. ADEZ absolutely delivers. Highly recommended.
A surprising 3 floors of decadent decor-the top floor is designed like a private lush lounge with bookcases,, a fireplace & lounge chairs which makes you want to light up a cigar and drink a cocktail. Apparently you can book this floor for special events! The mid level is an open air patio that gives backyard BBQ vibes, great for casual dining, and the bottom level is has cozy & decadent dining booths & bar. Fun place for tasty drinks & pupus! Try the soup trio shots of chicken marungay (morianga), French onion & kabocha, and the steak, smoked steak & onions, & mushrooms which you carmelize on the hot stones, and perfectly sea salted caprese salad. We ended with the bite sized butter mochi & bite sized deconstructed fried chantilly cake. So yummm. Friendly & attentive staff, you can meet owner Adam as he frequently makes the rounds checking in with diners. Pro tip: street parking is non-existent so use the $8 valet parking on their side corner, or park across at Kapahulu shopping center and walk over (don’t be too obvious though 😜)
We visited on a slower evening and were pleasantly surprised by how family-friendly it was. Even though it might not seem like a spot for young kids at first glance, the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming to our two keiki, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere had a modern, updated city vibe that brought us right back to our visits to Boston—a fun change from what we’re used to. We’re already looking forward to coming back for a date night without the kids, as we imagine it’s even more relaxing when it’s busier. That said, we truly appreciated how thoughtful and kind the staff was to our family on this visit. We’ll definitely be back.
ADEZ is a great restaurant and hangout place that I can't recommend enough. You are welcomed right when you walk in the door and feel well taken care of throughout the dining experience. The venue itself is fun and beautifully decorated; there is plenty of space that just keeps on going. The drinks are well curated and delicious. I tried the Ube Colada that literally tasted like a dream. For food, I had the taster menu with the caprese salad, steak coullette, and ice cream flavor. The food was quick, delicious, and plated beautifully. The steak came with a hot stone to finish cooking your steak if you wanted and 3 large sides. Their desserts were a perfect ending. 10/10 would recommend coming here for a birthday, big celebration, date night, or just want a night out with your friends.

The staff made us feel comfortable and well cared for the entire evening. The ambience is absolutely beautiful, with elegant décor, soft lighting, and a luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting for a special night out, a celebration, or simply enjoying great food in a stunning space. Now for the food: • Sliders: Very good — the taro bun is perfectly toasted, adding the right texture and flavor to each bite. • Steak: Delicious and cooked well… • Shoyu Poke: Surprisingly excellent — even my mom, who normally doesn’t eat poke, said it tasted clean, fresh, and very good. • French Onion Soup: Very tasty with rich flavor. • Caprese Salad: Fresh and vibrant; love the balsamic drizzle, took it to the next level. Overall, ADEZ Steakhouse offers fantastic food, beautiful ambience, and outstanding service. Every dish shows care, and the entire experience feels upscale yet welcoming. Highly recommend — we will definitely be returning!
