My family has had many visits to several AFC locations. We are always pleased with the efficient scheduling and good providers. Recently, I had a billing problem. I contacted the billing department and Shaniya Ford helped me. She was patient, thorough and didn’t ask for payment until everything was cleared-up (2 phone calls and 3 emails later:). That is SO exceptional in today’s medical billing world. I am glad we get good medical care AND responsible billing practices with AFC.
Took my fiancé in today for an upper respiratory infection. Staff was SO kind and friendly. They took great care of my fiancé and sent us on our way pretty quickly! The building is nice and clean and well decorated! Would recommend to anyone seeking medical attention.
Honestly I had a great experience at this AFC urgent care! The facility was so clean and modern and the entire staff was so welcoming and sweet! They took such great care of me, from Jasmine greeting me at the front desk when I was a bit frazzled. To my MA Magaly being so kind and helped ease my nerves! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and I was in and out so far! Highly recommend!!
I went to this urgent care the other day and the staff there was truly amazing. Both Mica and Sai made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They were both so sweet and talkative and it definitely took my mind off my own problems. The whole experience was pretty quick and I feel like all the employees there really care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.
All staff was super friendly. The time I was told to be seeing was surpassed. The nurses who tended to me were great. The Dr was awesome. Explained everything he was doing to me so I was super comfortable. The establishment was super clean. They are super efficient and great. Ty My return to remove stitches was easy and harmless. Jaime, Mica, and Sara were great.
