Took my 2009 Subaru Impreza in for faulty sensors for a same day repair and appointment. These guys are really professional and respectful. Nice quality work and Military friendly! We will go back for any and all tire maintenance in the future.

I have been consistently purchasing new tires from these guy since 2011. I had gotten to the point i wouldn't even call around i would just go to them. My last couple visits have left a bad taste in my mouth though. While sitting in the waiting room, i don't think they realized i was there, they were talking crap about various customers at some point one of them started bragging about ripping off another customer. conversation quickly ended when i poked my head around the corner and they went back to work. i wrote this off as i am fully aware not all customers are good customers. Next bad experience came a couple days ago I went in to have a tire patched ( the tire had been bought new from them). i got there about noon, they had me fill out the paperwork and guaranteed they would get it done that day. They said they would give me a call 20 min before they were ready for the car so i didn't need to stay there. They did inform me it would be about 3 hours before they could get to it. As i live a good distance out of town I did some errands while i waited by 5pm i figured they had to be about ready as i was told they would absolutely get it done that day and they closed at 6. When i arrived and asked if they were about ready for me. i was told i needed to have been there hours ago to get anything done after reminding him i was there hours ago he said they don't take any cars after 4pm. i reminded him they told me 'they would absolutely get it done that day" he got very defensive and said he never said that and he would never say that. i quoted word for word what was said and was told i misunderstood and all i could do was to be there first thing in the morning and maybe they could get to it. I can understand problems coming up and things taking longer than they should. a simple apology and putting me on the list for the first one on the morning even a call letting me know they wouldn't have time would have kept my business but the rudeness and lies lost it.

I came here today in a pinch with a flat needing a good used tire. They got me fixed up promptly and also for a very fair price! They also do new tires as well but i cant recommend them enough as finding honest hardworking local businesses is rare these days! Ill definitely be back next time i need another tire!!!

They are thieves. They will take every dollar for trash. They took my old tire without my permission and charged me for it. Then proceeded to tell me all sales are final. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They will screw you over in a heartbeat for a quick buck. Oh and on top of that put a soak and wet tire in my new car. And ruined the carpets in the back.
