This place is a beautiful dog resort. I will give it that. My 2 star review is do to the fact that I have over heard employees verbally threaten the pets. One employee said that one barking dog deserved to be at a meat market. Horrible attitude towards your beloved pets. I would not subject my dog to such attitude. Not even funny as a joke. Very unprofessional.

I recently had an appalling experience with the owner of Always Unleashed Pet Resort. My interactions with her were not merely unsatisfactory; they were outright hostile and infuriating. Throughout our conversation, she was dismissive and continually interrupted, making it impossible for us to communicate our side of the story effectively. As Galaxy Concrete Coatings, we coated the floor, and afterward, we discovered that what appeared to be damage seemed to stem from tile work that was completed after our labor. Additionally, there was a strong odor of what smelled like dog urine, which contributed to the unpleasant experience. Instead of taking responsibility for these issues, the owner outright dismissed our concerns. To add insult to injury, she said, “Oh, this is all recorded,” which felt like a manipulative attempt to trap us rather than engage in a genuine discussion. This troubling behavior aligns with the negative feedback from other contractors who have had similar experiences. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with her to avoid this establishment at all costs.

This place is amazing! I take My German Shepard Mia here for Day care as well as grooming. They do an amazing job and she has so much fun! I recommend this awesome facility to All fur babies❤️
