We had such a great experience! Jorge was so nice and knowledgeable, which made the process easy and stress-free. When we walked in, we mentioned we just wanted to look around, and unlike other furniture stores, no one hovered over us. We felt completely comfortable browsing at our own pace. We ended up finding a leather couch that we absolutely loved and purchased it in less than an hour. The managers even came over to congratulate us on our new buy, which made the experience feel extra special. Overall, a truly wonderful experience—highly recommend!
Just bought the Infinity couch set and as usual, I had the best experience ever. My personal sales person. Jorge Martinez is the best! I’ve been following him since he used to work at Macy’s and I continue now at American Signature! His manager, Marco gave me a great deal that I couldn’t refuse. You can shop anywhere else, but always come to American Signature for the final purchase. You won’t regret it!!!!
