Prinzzessa is hands down one of my favorite boutiques, and Aura truly makes the experience unforgettable. She is sweet, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and honestly a built-in stylist and shopping assistant all in one. My best shopping days at Prinzzessa are always when she’s in the store—she just gets it and knows exactly how to put looks together. I’ve been a loyal client for years and continue to love them for their amazing staple pieces that never go out of style. So much love for Prinzzessa and for Aura! 💕✨
I placed an online order to pick up in store on Aug 5 by Aug 12 I hadn’t gotten an email to pick up the order so I texted the number they have on their instagram which they advertise you can text it. In the text I sent the order numbers asking if my order was ready. No response. The next day I called and a said “oh yea it’s ready” then she told me an item from my order was out of stock. Asked me how I wanted the refund so she can process it. I go to the store the following day and a very serious upset lady behind the register (black hair, I want to say her name was Rena ? But I’m not sure ) I told her I was there to pick up my order. When I went to say the order was for Stephanie she interrupted me and said “order number” in a very rude way. She said oh yea I talked to you on the phone. then asked me again how I wanted the refund for the out of stock item. I guess she didn’t process it like she said she was over the phone. There was another older lady there that was very kind to customers coming in. But the lady behind the counter. Geez! Why do people that clearly hate dealing with the public work in customer service ? Needless to say I won’t be back nor doing pick up orders. Waiting 8+ days for an order defeats the purpose.
*** Do not buy online!!! They send wrong items and there is no customer service / returns!!! You are gonna loose your money!!!*** I made an order of 6 items, and 3 of them came wrong size. I bought small size, in the invoice received was small and the piece came medium. looks like they didn't have the right size and just complete my order with what they had. My disappoint is nobody answer the phone and I have sent email and by web page and no answer received. My purchase confirmation number is EUF6EYZ08. My purchase was as guest. I want to return the itens which came wrong. More than $200.00 thrown in the trash. ***I am 250 pounds*** I use XL clothes and even for me is bigger. Finally spoke to AMAIA from store and she said this is a Medium size. She said no returns accept because in the system is right size.
I saw them pop up on my Instagram and decided to purchase 2 dresses and a shirt. The website said the model was wearing mediums in the pictures so I decided to buy one size larger to accommodate my body as I am larger than the pictured model. The clothes I received were huge and more like an XL/xxl. Aside from the sizing, the clothing itself is extremely cheap quality and does not looks as it is showcased on the website/ Instagram. I have attached photos of the clothing: 1) look how huge the black shirt is, it’s especially noticeable in the second photo with the white dress over it. Both are size large. 3) the bronze/orange color dress is made of such cheap and thin material. It’s completely see through.
One of the best boutiques in Miami! Hands down the cutest outfits & biggest variety! Love that they also sell a bunch of different accessories. You can easily style a whole outfit from head to toe! I always find something when I go & when I’m on the hunt for an outfit for a special event they are my go to! The customer service is also great & everyone in store is so helpful in finding what you’re looking for. Highly recommend this boutique!
