What started as a nice bowling night turned into a very disappointing experience. My husband lost his wedding band while bowling here a few weeks ago. We immediately informed the staff that night and left our contact information. We were told we would be called if it was found. Since then, we have returned three or four times to follow up, and it became clear that no real effort was made after that first night. One employee mentioned more than once that it might be possible to take part of the lane apart to check further, but that never happened. After that, there was no communication at all, and every visit felt more uncomfortable than helpful. The last time we came in, we spoke with the manager, who seemed visibly annoyed once he realized why we were there. My husband even offered to rent out the lanes so we could check properly, but we were told this wasn’t possible due to time… despite the place being nearly empty. We were then promised that someone would be hired to open the lanes and that we would be contacted within a few days. That was almost 2 weeks ago, and we never heard anything. Losing a wedding ring is stressful enough on its own. What makes this even more upsetting is being almost certain the ring is still down there, yet never being given the chance to look properly or seeing any real effort made to look for it.
Great place to go with family and friends. Food and drinks are good too.
My husband and I rolled in to scope out the Pro Shop offerings. Let me say, we were not dissapointed. The selection of balls, bags and shoes were extraordinary. Add in the 10 star service from Sean and we were on our way with some new supplies. I might add our new balls were drilled on site at the time of purchase and they were perfect. Thank you again for everything!
Great bowling alley overall. Good modern lane conditions and working equipment. Winter times been tough with people not taking off their outdoor shoes, dragging salt and grime to the seating area is annoying and limited cleaning of it. The restrooms are kinda scary. And having been scolded about being WATER to league (we order beer) there’s insufficient staff to fill water for us. Pro shops greats. Rental equipment is good. People are nice and friendly.
I am actively at the alley right now with my work team 10/3/25. I ordered a dr. Pepper from the lady at the 1pm hour shift. She brings my drink and in consuming it, watching the board, talking to my peers get to the last quarter cup not paying mind, I go to open my cup to eat ice to find the black spout to the drink machine INSIDE my cup. Having worked on food service know that when a spout is off the drink goes everywhere. So I am concerned that this staff member negligent placed or allowed it to fall in. I am also concerned if placed because typically spouts are placed in sanitizer water. I have never been here before and am never coming back. I took my cup to the man at the counter. I gave the cup to him prior to taking a picture. But took a pic of the pop to show how I missed it and thought ice was in my cup
