Got to bowl at N.O. RollHouse. It was very nice. I like you have carpet and warm bathrooms with hot water. The place was very clean and you have decent prices on your pop. I was trying to find out how can I join a league there?
My husband and I attended a private surprise party at your establishment on January 24. Our friends had booked the heated patio for the party. There were 50/60 + people on the heated patio and it was absolutely freezing. It was not possible for people to stay out there with that level of cold or band to play under those conditions. After checking with some of our friends, We were all charged 20% on our tabs. These are all individual tabs, like it wouldn’t be any different for guests on any given Saturday night. We were not told the gratuity was going to be added to every single tab at this party. Our tab was over $100. So they got 20% on that tab plus I tipped them $30 in cash. I have been in the bar/ restaurant industry for over 30 years. There is no excuse for that. Typically they add gratuity to the host of the party for the catering, not each couple or person attending. I feel bad for my friends that booked the party.
We had an amazing experience at RollHouse North Olmsted for my 9-year-old’s birthday party. The bowling and arcade were a huge hit, and every kid had a blast. Even the youngest kids were able to join in and have fun, which made it extra special. The food was surprisingly delicious for a party. The kids loved the pizza, and the adults appreciated the fries, chicken tenders, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. Everything came out hot and fresh. A special thank you to Amanda, who coordinated our booking and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and perfect for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend RollHouse North Olmsted for kids’ parties. We would absolutely do this again!
My family and I came here to celebrate our daughter’s 14th birthday and had the best time and experience! The staff were very friendly and more than accommodating. We had so much fun in the escape room that we booked a second one! While we were waiting my girls enjoyed the awesome game room that I could barely drag them out of! We can’t wait to be back next time we are in town!
Nice bowling alley. Came here for a birthday party and didn’t realize there was a private party room that can be rented outside of the regular lanes. The birthday party package the mom got allowed the kids to bowl and have a token card for the arcade so double the fun. The establishment itself was very well kept; clean bathrooms and friendly staff!
