I had a good experience with A/N Artistry and would highly recommend them to any bride looking for hair and makeup services. While my first trial didn’t go quite as I had envisioned with Amanda’s assistant, the owner was incredibly understanding and responsive. She offered a second re-trial free of charge, and I’m so glad she did because she absolutely nailed it. She really listened to my feedback and worked with me to create a look that felt both beautiful and true to who I am. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly and on schedule. My hair and makeup turned out beautifully. The owner’s talent and attention to detail truly set her apart. While the assistants were kind and helpful, their work didn’t quite match the same level of artistry. The owner in my opinion definitely has the natural touch. That said, everyone still looked lovely, and the overall experience was positive. A/N Artistry truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care made all the difference, and I’m so grateful I hired Amanda. Lastly, curly hair is has always been a challenge to find with hairstylist. She absolutely NAILED my biracial daughter’s hair style. It was so elegant and beautiful. It didn’t frizz up, or come out at all on the extremely windy yacht where the reception was held. That was very impressive.
I am so happy with my recent experience with AN Artistry and highly recommend for any SF Bay Area brides looking for a softer, natural style of wedding day makeup! I found their prices to be more reasonable than some other vendors offering similar styles and Amanda was super organized in scheduling everything. Maria did my, my mom's and sister's day of hair and makeup, and she did an amazing job and was able to accommodate everything we asked for perfectly. She is also a lovely person and made for great company during the trial and day of the wedding! 5 stars =)
Amanda was amazing to work with for my bridal makeup!! I wanted to prioritize the "natural glow" look for my wedding and she absolutely delivered! We spent a good amount of time during the trial to tweak hair and makeup to be just the right amount of glamorous and comfortable. On wedding day, she worked with focused fun. My Mom and MOH also had hair and makeup done and looked stunning!! Amanda really knows how to bring out a person's natural beauty and empowers them to feel their best, confident selves. I highly recommend Amanda's talents
Amanda and her team were great partners on my wedding day, and throughout the planning process. I knew I didn't want to have my family and bridesmaids to have an early morning so I worked with Amanda months leading up to the wedding to create a schedule with 4 stylists - hair & makeup for 9 people (ages ranging from 2 to 99!!). Everyone was professional, creative, calm and FUN - exactly what a bride needs! My wedding hair and makeup trial was truly one of the best days during wedding planning. I felt comfortable to voice any small changes and we worked together to make my perfect look come to life. So I knew I was in great hands for the wedding day itself. Amanda's creativity, talent and dedication to brides is evident. I would recommend her to any bride. I’m so grateful to have had her and the team as part of our wedding team.
I highly recommend Amanda as your wedding make-up stylist! She's absolutely the best!! She went above and beyond to ensure the make-up perfectly matched my needs. I showed her a picture of the style, and she exceeded my expectations in bringing it to life. The make-up trial and hair up-do were great. Even though I asked her to adjust some changes, Amanda applied all the changes that I wanted for the wedding day. She helped me try different styles, gave advice and make adjustment whenever I ask. She is also very responsive and very warm and friendly. For the wedding day, she was very professional. This was a really great experience for me and I would recommend Amanda to all my friends and everyone who needs make up and hair stylist. She is talented and very experienced. I wanted a very natural and elegant look and she did a great job every step of the way. My hair and makeup were both flawless. Thank you so much to Amanda for her wonderful taste. Without a doubt, Amanda played a crucial role in making my wedding day unforgettable. I cannot express how much I appreciate her dedication and skills.
