When we started on our home buying journey, we were bookmarking homes but hadn't gotten to the point of connecting with a real estate agent. Zillow provided the option to request to view a home and connected us to Laine at Anderson Real Estate. She immediately replied, asked our availability, booked the appointments, and sent us a Google Calendar invite with all vital information. I thought, "This is a GREAT start! She's organized!" After our initial meeting, my good impression only deepened. She was prepared with insights, safety reports, and details about the homes we looked out. She took great notes and remembered key details or impressions we had about the homes we viewed. Laine was supportive, helpful, gave us reminders, and provided the just in time support we needed when we hit those moments of information overload. If I had put all of the qualities I envisioned as our real estate agent into chatgpt, I don't think it would've given me close to the level of professionalism, care, organization, and guidance that we experienced with Laine.
