Driver arrived approx. 20 min after AAA call. The driver, Steve C. was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Alix reached out the following day to ensure I received the excellent service they strive for. After a return call, Sam was extremely helpful and informative as well. I would definitely request this company to anyone, with/without AAA membership.
I got picked up by truck 97 by a man named Isaac and he was so helpful and really went above and beyond. I have back issues and he helped me in and out the car and was texting me prior to him coming and keeping updated. A lot of tow truck drivers can be rude but he had the best customer service and was beyond empathetic in such a stressful time. I hope he gets a raise because this man deserves it !
I was locked out of my car at the Holiday Inn in National City a few mornings ago. I was freaking out because i would be required to seek special services to navigate through my problem as a wheelchair user. I remembered I had my AAA policy for roadside assistance. The AAA got in touch with Angelos Towing. Arturo was dispatched with a service truck to my location. I was text notified all the way keeping me in check knowing that help was quickly on its way. Arturo showed up at the Holiday Inn and used his magic to get my car unlocked. The entire scene from first distress call to Arturo getting me into my car was about an hour. The tools Arturo has are safe to your car leaving no scrapes and no damage to the paint. AAA Roadside assist and Angelos Towing mesh well bringing bringing you Arturo’s professionalism. I would highly recommend Arturo for good help at such an unhandy hour.
I can’t say enough about Angelo’s Towing. They’ve saved me so many times—flat tires, dead batteries, even accidents—and every single time I know that if Angelo’s is on the way, I’ll be okay. Their staff is always so kind and friendly, which makes the frustration of the moment so much easier to handle. This morning, Juan helped me with a flat tire. He arrived in half the quoted time and had me back on the road before I even realized it. I really, truly appreciate this company and everything they’ve done to help me over the years.
