Anyela's Party Rentals was amazing. I had to make many changes and additions to my original order and they graciously agreed. The team there was so very friendly and from beginning to end extremely professional. I requested deliveries and their team was on time and so helpful for both drop off and pick up. If you have party needs I certainly recommend using them.

If I could give a zero star I would. I Went onto their website and did a rental order. The system let me process a rental order for a Sunday, no indication was given that I needed to pick up on a Saturday. When I did call on Friday and Saturday to verify that a Sunday pick up is available, I never was able to reach anyone. When Sunday came I went to pick up my order and nobody was there. So now I paid for a party rental and never got the items that I rented. When asked if I was going to get a refund, I was not given a clear answer.

We've been renting their Giant Connect 4 for our son's birthday party for the past 2 years. Its always a great hit, the kids love it. We really like how convenient it is, how easy it is to place an order with them online and how inexpensive it is. Their pick up and drop off times work great. Everyone we've interacted with at the store is so kind and helpful!
