Adam came out to check our oven when it stopped heating properly. What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be a blown control board and a bad sensor. He had everything clearly mapped out, showed me the damaged parts, and had a replacement ready. The repair was done the same day, which was unexpected and awesome. Oven heats evenly again, no burning or undercooked spots. Adam even gave tips on how to avoid power surges in the future. Friendly guy who really knows his stuff.
Had a washer that would fill but never spin. I tried the classic unplug-and-pray method, but it wasn’t budging. The repair tech traced the problem to a faulty lid switch and a worn-out belt. Once both were replaced, the machine was back in action. No more soaked clothes at the end of a cycle! Really appreciated how everything was explained without jargon. Plus, no mess left behind, which is rare these days. Smooth process from start to finish.
Dryer completely stopped heating, and I was worried I’d have to replace the whole unit. Turns out the heating element had burned out, along with a busted thermal fuse. The tech diagnosed it fast, had both parts in his truck, and got it fixed within an hour. Super impressed by how clean the work was and how thoroughly everything was tested before wrapping up. The drum now heats evenly and dries faster than before. Honestly didn’t think this old machine could be brought back to life like that. No pressure to upsell, just solid repair work done right. Huge relief!
I placed a call to the Appliance service center and got an appointment for an estimate to see what was wrong with my dryer. Their communication was very good and I received a text while they were en route to the house for the repair. An estimate was provided in writing and I was in agreement with the repair estimate since we really liked the dryer and Art was confident it could be repaired. We put a deposit down for the parts and he promptly came back on the next scheduled date a week later. He fixed the dryer with such efficiency that I could hardly believe it was ready in such a short time. I really appreciate that they kept to the agreed appointment time and that explained everything to me before I committed to the repair. They were very helpful and I asked for their business card since I would not hesitate to use the service again. Should any other appliance I have need repair or an estimate.
