We got a washer and dryer set from them that are both working great. They were very helpful knowledgeable and nice when we went in to ask about what units we would need. Their service and delivery was quick and professional too, the installation happened within a couple days of purchase and was easy to schedule. the price we got was good too, the quality of the older washer we got was far superior to newer models.
After getting a washer from FB Marketplace that never worked, I decided to spend a little more in order to get a warranty. Appliance Warehouse, here I come. The purchase experience was smooth. Both Wesley & Nikki were knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed. 4 days later I got my washing machine but...it didn't work. They got a repair person out the very next day and fixed it. I was so happy to finally be able to wash my things!! It comes with a 60 day warranty where they come out to you and everything is free. I actually got it extended to 90 days. Everyone has that option. After that it's a year warranty but you have to bring the appliance in and you don't pay for labor, only parts. I am super happy with how everything worked out! Plus, I got 10% off for paying cash. I would highly recommend Appliance Warehouse and I will be back for a new stove and fridge in the future! A+
We are super happy with our used Kenmore purchased at Appliance Warehouse. The delivery was fast and friendly. We had a minor issue which they resolved promptly! The really important thing is this washer, with an old school agitator, is exceeding my wife's expectations! Happy wife, happier life has been accomplished by Appliance Warehouse! Good people, local business and they have prices that make shopping Craigslist look silly. Read the long version below why will shop here if we have a future need for an appliance! After our six-year old Samsung front loader had a bearing failure that made it economically unfeasible to repair, I shopped hard for a new washer. I looked at every local vendor including the warehouse, local appliance, and hardware stores. Cross checking reviews it appears all new appliances are over priced and unreliable junk. The Samsung that died is now a $900 on sale and has crap reviews. Shopping for a new washer was incredibly frustrating. Finally I started reading only the one star reviews. The common thread regardless of brand or price were issues getting clothes cleans, failures within months of delivery and crappy support by the manufacturer or vendor, even if you had an extended warranty. I started shopping Craigslist and the prices for used washers with no warranty were in line with what Appliance Warehouse was offering with a warranty! After one trip to a local laundromat, where I endured three hours of mean-mugging by my wife, she agreed to go look at used washers at Appliance Warehouse. At the store, I asked to be shown a "washer from 1975" and they had one! Well I wasn't into the color, vinyl wood control panel and chrome trim, but right next to it was a Ultra Capacity Kenmore. That caught my wife's attention immediately and after reviewing all the other washers outdoors, we decided on that one. I did let my wife make the decision so as to share some of the risk! They delivered the washer the next day! After the first wash, I noticed my clothes felt noticeably softer than the front loader! It also has all knobs, no digital anything and an ability to select water levels!
We've been going to appliance warehouse for our appliance needs for several years. This time we were able to purchase a brand new Samsung Bespoke 4 door fridge with the help of Payton. My mother, Patricia Alexander needed assistance and he was so incredibly kind and patient with her. He even recommended that we go back home and make sure we had the correct measurements. To me this meant he cared more about making sure my mother got the fridge that worked best for her but also fit in our home properly. It wasn't just a sell to him. His kindness and patience towards my mother spoke volumes and we are grateful. We had the fridge delivered the very next day by Nate. Nate was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure our fridge was working properly. It was hot that day and he worked through it with enthusiasm. Between Nate and Payton's kindness you won't ever have to worry about us shopping anywhere else! As for the fridge. She's a beauty and works very well. Looks like Samsung has gotten the hang of things now. Here's to having the beauty of a fridge for many years to come. And cheers to amazing workers at Appliance Warehouse. Couldn't have asked for a better business and custom service!! 10/10! I highly recommend!!
I had a great experience buying a used washer machine from this company. Nicole, the sales rep., did a great job explaining everything and answering all the questions, they have a lot of brands to choose from and different prices, cash or card payments and delivery, I had no pressure or rushing during the sale, definitely 5 out 5 stars. Update: My washing machine broke down a month later so I decided to go back and buy a used one from appliance warehouse. This time Wesley helped me out with the purchase and delivery!
