I ordered the flowers over the phone and was treated kindly and professionally. The price of the flowers were not a bad price considering the world we live in today. I scheduled the delivery for today, February 14th, Valintines day to be delivered between 4pm and 7pm at her beauty school. I was told that they could make that happen no problem. They were delivered at noon. She starts class at 2:30pm. Her class was not even there. although she seems happy, I am disappointed and think it would have much more impact if she and her classmates were there to witness the delivery. I have not even seen the arrangement of flowers yet hopefully they at least look nice. If not I will update my post. I don't want reimbursement or a discount I just want to express my disappointment with the scheduled delivery time. Fool me once shame on you. It will not happen a second time. I will try another florist. I updated this post because I got to see the arrangement and was happy to see that it looked nice although it did not look anything like what I chose from their web page. I also changed form 2 to 3 stars because the delivery may not be the florists fault although I'm not sure. I will still choose another florist next time.
I had a beautiful arrangement sent to my girlfriend for her birthday on March 4th I ordered online and the arrangement I chose looked identical to what I picked. It was delivered early to her work which was really nice she was able to enjoy the flowers all day. I was really impressed with the freshness and fullness of the standard bouquet I chose and will definitely be using this florist again. Thank You Tower florist you delivered a truly lovely arrangement.
Seamless experience and excellent customer service. I ordered flowers to be sent to my Mother (I live in NYC) through the tower florist website for same-day delivery. Sadly, we had a family death due to the pandemic. The website was easy to navigate, the pictures of the flowers were very helpful and the product arrived AS IT WAS depicted in the picture. My mother was very happy with the arrangement and will be sending me a pic to post soon - THANK YOU TOWER FLORIST
I ordered this bouquet as an Anniversary Gift because these were their original wedding colors. The recipients sent me a picture of it on their table, wow, it looked just like the order image! Great service having a quick turn-around delivery and the most beautiful perfect flowers!
